Bolaji Sogunle
DirectorBolaji Sogunle leads BHS Consultants as Director, bringing years of expertise across legal practice and tax consultancy. He champions the firm's client-focused approach — delivering legal representation, tax advisory and compliance consulting to individuals, entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
Under his leadership, BHS Consultants unites law and tax under one roof, so every client receives guidance that protects their interests and keeps them fully compliant.
Barrister Bamidele Adewunmi, Esq
External ConsultantBamidele Adewunmi holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos (2005), a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.M from the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and began practice at the prestigious Gani Fawehinmi Chambers, Anthony, Lagos, the same year.
He is Assistant Editor / Editorial Consultant of the Nigerian Weekly Law Reports (NWLR) and co-authored “How Nigerians Celebrated Gani Fawehinmi at 70” (Volumes I & II). In 2009 he co-founded Akingbola & Adewunmi (Legal Practitioners), where he is Principal Partner, and he is an Assistant Chief Examiner at a foremost professional management institute in Nigeria.
Dr Jerome Okoro
External ConsultantDr Jerome Okoro holds a Ph.D from the University of Ibadan (2018), with a dissertation on the development of oil and gas marginal fields in Nigeria; an LL.M from the University of Lagos (2012); and an LL.B (Second Class Upper) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2006). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.
He possesses exceptional expertise in litigation, tax law, energy law, regulatory compliance and arbitration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the International Fiscal Association, the International Bar Association and the African Tax Lawyers Association.
